I am spending a few restful days in beautiful High Falls, NY. I am grateful for the yoga instructors back home in New York City who are graciously filling in for me until I return on Friday, August 6th.

This summer, private lessons are only $85/session!

Invite a friend to join you for a session for $45/person, or make it a trio for only $35/person. Gather a small group of friends for a flat fee of $120.

This spring, join me and musical guests on the roof of goodyoga in Greenpoint for a special yoga class accompanied by live music.

Watch the sun go down as I lead you and fellow participants through an open-level Vinyasa class on May 27th. Enjoy music improvised by members of Live Footage while you practice. Let the music feed your soul and your practice!

Women’s Wellness Weekend

I will be teaching at the YMCA of Greater New York’s Women’s Wellness Weekend, May 14-16, 2010.

Women’s Wellness Weekend takes place at the Greenkill Retreat Center. Located in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, New York YMCA Camp’s 1,150 acres of pristine wilderness is a collection of beautiful lakes, streams, waterfalls, ridges, vistas and miles of hiking trails.
